Abstract
My purpose in this thesis is to investigate the related coefficient between the flexibility test of six items and the correctness of backhand stroke through thirty male tennis players of general part in Pusan. The findings are as follows.
1. Among six items of flexibility test, the related coefficient is 0.519-0.916. The related coefficient between trunk flexion in stand position and side flexibility lip joint turned to be high.
2. Between the correctness of backhand stroke and physical flexibility, the related coefficient is 0.665-0.898. The related coefficient between trunk flexion in stand position and cross correctness is turned to be high.
3. The players who have good physical flexibility have high points for the correctness of backhand stroke.
4. In the related coefficient of between flexibility and correctness, the flexibility test items such as trunk flexion in stand position and side flexibility lip point have the highest related coefficient.
